Klang to Hutang Melintang
One Saturday, we decided to go on a road trip to Hutang Melintang in the State of Perak. From what we gather, it is a small fishing village, with a restaurant run by three elderly brothers serving good and reasonably priced seafood.
It takes about 2 hours to get there from Klang. Unfortunately, when we got there the restaurant was closed. We spend sometime walking around the jetty where the fishing boats come in from their fishing trip.

We then decided to drive to Sungai Burung, where we heard, there were two seafood restaurants which are supposed to be quite good. After about an hours drive, we reached Sungai Burong and had lunch at the restaurant called Restoran Makanan Laut Tien Yin.

The food (as you can see in the photos) are quite good and reasonably priced.
After a satisfying lunch, we drove further into the fishing village which eventually reaches the sea. The people living in Sungai Burung are either fisherman or make a living out of the produce of the sea.

On the way back from Sungai Burung to Klang, we stopped at Sekinchan town for a coffee break. Sekinchan town is famous for rice growing and around June (which is the harvesting season) it attracts a lot of sight seeing crowds and photographers.

We arrived back at Klang at about 6.30pm. All in all, an interesting trip. All photos taken with Nikon D5500 and Nikkor 18-35mm f3.5-4.5g lens
